These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CashEdge ("CashEdge", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using CashEdge, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
Informational Use Only
CashEdge provides sports analytics, statistical projections, Premium Plays, player prop analysis, market intelligence, and other sports-related informational content.
CashEdge does not operate as a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not place bets on behalf of users, and does not directly facilitate sports wagering transactions.
Nothing provided through CashEdge constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional gambling advice.
No Guarantee of Results
CashEdge does not guarantee winnings, profits, prediction accuracy, successful betting outcomes, or future performance.
Sports wagering involves risk. Users acknowledge that losses may occur and remain solely responsible for decisions made using information provided through CashEdge.
Premium Play Performance Tracking
CashEdge may maintain and publicly display performance records for qualifying Premium Plays.
Public performance tracking may include recorded wins, losses, pushes, accuracy percentages, and related historical performance information.
Player Props, free analyses, regular analyses, parlays, or other features may use separate tracking methodologies and are not necessarily included in the Premium Play public performance record.
Public performance tracking does not mean that every historical Premium Play will remain individually available or viewable after an event has concluded.
Historical performance does not guarantee future results.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations.
- Meeting applicable age requirements.
- Determining whether sports wagering is legal in their jurisdiction.
- Managing their own financial and wagering decisions.
- Using CashEdge responsibly.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.
CashEdge does not determine whether sports wagering is legal or permitted for a particular user or location.
Premium Subscriptions
Certain CashEdge features require a paid Premium subscription.
The exact price, discount, currency, and billing interval applicable to a purchase are displayed before payment is completed.
Existing subscriptions may continue at a previously applicable subscription rate while that subscription remains active.
Automatic Renewal
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring subscription rate unless canceled before the next billing date.
Users may manage or cancel future renewals through the subscription management tools available from their CashEdge account.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges. Unless otherwise required by law or affected by payment failure, access already paid for generally remains available through the applicable paid billing period.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, Premium access may be suspended or removed while the payment remains unpaid.
Our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again according to its billing and retry procedures.
If payment is successfully recovered and the subscription remains valid, Premium access may be restored.
Promotional Offers
CashEdge may offer introductory pricing, coupons, discounts, trials, or other promotional offers.
Promotions may apply only to certain purchases, subscription periods, users, or checkout sessions and may be modified or discontinued for future purchases.
Any applicable promotional terms will be displayed before checkout.
Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for previous charges.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact CashEdge Support so the issue can be reviewed.
Payments
Payments and subscription billing may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
CashEdge does not store full payment card numbers.
Payment providers may apply their own terms, security procedures, fraud-prevention processes, and billing rules.
Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity performed through their account.
Users should contact CashEdge Support if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.
Intellectual Property
CashEdge software, algorithms, models, analytics, projections, designs, graphics, branding, text, platform functionality, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
CashEdge content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, resold, reverse engineered, scraped at scale, or commercially exploited without authorization.
Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to CashEdge systems.
- Interfere with platform security or operation.
- Use automated systems to abuse, overload, or improperly extract CashEdge content.
- Use CashEdge for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
- Resell or redistribute Premium content without permission.
Account Suspension and Termination
CashEdge may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts unauthorized access, abuses platform functionality, or interferes with CashEdge operations.
Third-Party Data and Services
CashEdge relies on third-party providers for services that may include sports data, sportsbook market information, payments, authentication, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, and notifications.
Third-party information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, changed, or inaccurate.
CashEdge is not responsible for interruptions, errors, inaccuracies, or failures caused by independent third-party services.
Market Information
Odds, lines, betting splits, sportsbook information, market movement, player availability, and related sports information may change at any time.
CashEdge does not guarantee that a displayed line, price, market, sportsbook offer, or other data point will remain available after it is shown.
Privacy and Tracking Technologies
Use of CashEdge is also subject to our Privacy Policy .
Necessary technologies may be used for authentication, security, subscriptions, privacy preferences, and core platform operation.
Optional analytics and advertising technologies may be controlled through CashEdge's Cookie Preferences.
No Warranties
CashEdge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashEdge makes no warranty that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that sports data, projections, market information, odds, statistics, or third-party information will always be complete or accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CashEdge and its operators shall not be liable for betting losses, financial losses, lost profits, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or other losses resulting from use of the platform or reliance on its information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to CashEdge
CashEdge may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, sports, analytics, subscription offerings, or other portions of the platform.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The "Last updated" date on this page identifies the most recent revision.
Continued use of CashEdge after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms displayed during subscription or checkout, constitute the agreement between the user and CashEdge concerning use of the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
