CashEdge does not guarantee winnings, profits, prediction accuracy, or successful betting outcomes.
Sports betting and wagering involve substantial risk. Users acknowledge that losses may occur and accept full responsibility for their decisions.
CashEdge maintains a public performance record for the results of Premium Picks.
Public performance tracking refers to the grading and recording of Premium Pick results, including wins, losses, and pushes.
Player Props, free or regular analyses, and parlays are not included in the Premium Pick public performance record.
Public performance tracking does not mean that every historical Premium Pick remains available as an individually viewable or reopenable selection after the event has concluded.
Historical performance does not guarantee future results.

Certain CashEdge features require a paid Premium subscription. The subscription price and billing interval applicable to a purchase are displayed before checkout.
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable recurring rate unless canceled before the next billing date.
Users may cancel future renewals through the available subscription management tools. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not remove Premium access already paid for during the current billing period.
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate a refund for prior charges.
All CashEdge content, analytics, projections, player prop models, algorithms, software, branding, graphics, text, designs, and materials are the intellectual property of CashEdge.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, republished, resold, reverse engineered, or otherwise exploited without written permission.
CashEdge reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt unauthorized access, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with platform operations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CashEdge and its operators shall not be liable for betting losses, financial losses, lost profits, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or other losses arising from or related to the use of the platform or reliance on its content.
Users remain solely responsible for their wagering decisions, financial decisions, and use of information provided through CashEdge.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
CashEdge may rely on third-party providers including payment processors, authentication providers, hosting services, analytics providers, and sports data providers.
CashEdge is not responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, or failures caused by third-party services.
Use of CashEdge is also subject to our Privacy Policy. CashEdge uses necessary technologies to operate accounts, subscriptions, security, and core platform functions.
